Diabetic Orange Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 large mango (peeled, pitted, chopped)
  • 1 large orange (peeled, wedged)
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt (fat free, sugar free)
  • 1 1⁄3 cups skim milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute (to taste)
  • 4 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place everything together in a food processor, blender, or Smoothie maker.
  2. Mix until smooth.
