Diabetic Cupcakes

Ingredients

3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
1 can Crushed pineapple, undrained
teaspoon Vanilla
3 Eggs
2 cups Diced bananas, (about 2 lg. ones)
1 teaspoon Baking soda
4 teaspoons Sweet and Low
cup Cooking oil

Preparation

1
Put all ingredients in bowl. Blend do not beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes for cupcakes; tube pan – for cake 80 minutes.
